Shipping Policy

You should receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.  If not, typically an incorrect email was accidentally entered or it went to the spam inbox.

The shipping label is created first as the order is being prepared for fulfillment. You will receive an email with tracking information. Estimated fulfillment time is up to 5 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. Estimated shipping time is based on once the courier picks up your order from us, and the shipping service you selected at check out. Candy Lady Candle Co. has no control over package arrival time frames.


USPS Priority Mail/International Mail packages carry insurance via courier.

USPS First Class Mail/International Mail does NOT carry insurance.


Packages marked "Return To Sender" will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling.


Candy Lady Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the courier directly.  If items arrive damaged you must file a claim with the courier directly. The courier assumes responsibility of the package once they pick it up from us.

Candy Lady Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out. Parcels marked as "Delivered" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered." Parcels marked as "Abandoned" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. A claim can not be filed on parcels marked "Abandoned."


International Orders

All international orders may be subject to import fees/duties and local taxes that are the responsibility of the customer to remit. Candy Lady Candle Co. has no control over international carriers, customs policies. and package arrival time frames. 

Colognes and perfumes may not be shipped internationally due to flight restrictions.

No refunds are given if a package is refused for delivery at customs, or failed delivery attempts by courier.

International orders are abandoned if delivery is unsuccessful. International orders are not eligible for "Return To Sender" and attempts to do so are treated as abandoned and parcel shall be discarded by customs or the courier.
